SHIPPING INFORMATION
We strive to pack and ship orders within 2-3 business days, however, please be aware that public holidays and unforeseen events may cause delays. For rural addresses in New Zealand, delivery times may be extended. By accepting our terms and conditions when placing your order, you acknowledge that Ruby & Co is not responsible for any delivery delays.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has already been shipped, a reshipping fee will apply. Once an order is shipped or lodged with NZ Post we cannot make changes or cancellations. If you request a return, items will be refunded to your nominated bank account minus shipping costs.
We take no responsibility for orders left unattended by NZ Post, lost or stolen once delivered.
NZ Shipping
North Island and South Island standard tracking service shipping (non-signature) with NZ Post will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping to Australia
At this stage, we aren’t yet shipping to Australia, but we are hoping to have this up and running soon. Contact us via email and we can let you know when this will be available. Shipping costs will be based on weight and is calculated at the checkout. All shipping is tracked and expected delivery will take approximately 3-10 working days.
Please note: Import taxes or customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a parcel returned due to non-delivery or not being picked up or import fees not paid, a refund will not be given.
